Small Indoor Gatherings
'Make Your Santa Experience Memorable' Suggestions:
Larger events; community residences, hospitals, churches, holiday season fund and toy drives.
Up to 3 hours. Breaks will need to be factored in.
The amount of time and format followed depends on the gathering's size, purpose and whether it's indoors or outside. Santa will greet the guests, and while pictures with personal cameras are encouraged, the services of a professional photographer are recommended for larger gathering formats.
Mrs. Claus will ensure that the guests of all ages are given an opportunity to visit with Santa. Client-provided gifts will be passed out by the Claus couple.
Santa will encourage the singing of 'Jingle Bells, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer' throughout the visit. Santa will read aloud from 'The Night Before Christmas' and after explaining the need to get back to work at the North Pole' will leave the event singing 'We Wish You a Merry Christmas'.
Larger Groups; Community Outreach Events
Indoor gatherings of 20 children or less, home visits and hospices. 45-60 minutes.
You will hear sleigh bells. Mrs. Claus will enter, allowing time for everyone to realize Santa is on his way. Once Santa arrives, he will lead us all in singing 'Jingle Bells'. Afterward, Santa and Mrs. Claus will go around the room, greeting everyone, children, and adults. Mrs. Claus will encourage the guests who want to meet Santa to gather in a line, littlest first and tallest at the end. Before Santa begins listening to the wishes, 'Santa Claus is Coming to Town' will be sung with encouraged participation from the crowd.
During each guest's visit, photos are welcomed with their own cameras. After each guest has had an opportunity to visit individually, Santa will read aloud from 'The Night Before Christmas'. Once completed, everyone joins in 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer'.
At the conclusion of 'Rudolph', Santa and Mrs. Claus will say their goodbyes, explaining its time to go back to the North Pole. Exiting to the tune of 'We Wish You a Merry Christmas' with many voices accompanying the Claus couple.
